Nakazzi Prosy
is 33yrs old and has a shy smile when telling her story. She has four children but she lives with only one. Others live with relatives because she cannot afford to feed them. She was widowed in 1997 when her husband died of AIDS. She tested HIV positive in 1997 and started on AIDS medicine in 1998.
She lives deep in the village in a very old small house with no running water, not even electricity. Although she is very poor, at least she has a bed and some cooking pots. She uses firewood when cooking. She hires out to work in the fields of other people to get some money for paying rent and other basic needs. She is strong and healthy.

She enjoys soccer and music. She weaves mats and baskets. She dreams of buying a plot of land, building a house for her family, and getting a better education for her children.
