IMPORTANT NOTE: These tools are for host use only and meant to aid you in filling out the required Inventory Summary Sheet located in your BeadParty Resource Folder. Return the Inventory Summary Sheet at the conclusion of your BeadParty when returning any unsold beads and final payment.

Automated BeadParty Calculator

Does the math for you! Once you enter your starting inventory and items sold, this spreadsheet will calculate funds and remaining product that should be returned to BeadforLife.

Allows you to give each guest a record of what they bought.

If you have a computer and access to the internet, you can use the secure link below. New and improved, it is quick and easy to use! You will need to input the primary host’s BeadParty Name and Start Date exactly as shown on your Inventory Tracking Sheet.
You will have access to this website as long as you have your beads.
The webpage is completely secure. Once a transaction has been processed neither you nor BeadforLife will have access to credit card information.
An e-mail receipt will be sent to the purchaser and the host will also receive an e-mail confirmation whenever funds are credited to the BeadParty account.

For the safety of you and your guests, please do not retain credit card numbers or send credit card numbers to BeadforLife. If you do not have internet access to enter payments online through the above link, please collect payment from your guests in cash or by check.
