This is a lively and creative position assisting in our studio where we sell jewelry and provide educational information. We are looking for individuals who are personable, enthusiastic, polite and approachable.

Some Volunteer tasks:

• Welcome and help customers
• Ring up sales, accept payment, run credit cards
• Re-stock shelves
• Take phone orders, answer questions about our products
• Share educational information about the BeadforLife story

This position requires a moderate amount of manual dexterity, including standing, bending, reaching and frequent lifting of one to five pounds (occasionally up to 40-50 pounds).

 

This position is hands-on, fast-paced, detail-oriented, task-oriented, and fun. We are looking for energetic individuals who work well with others, have good organizational skills, and who work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Package loose beads
• Bundle BeadforLife magnets & postcards
• Count returned products
• Re-stock shelves
• Clean & organize fulfillment space
• Posting/shipping orders
• Other tasks as required

This is a unique position in that it offers the individual a hands-on opportunity to speak to and work with party hosts—a central part of BeadforLife. It is a position that is detail-oriented, interactive, personal, inspiring, and professional. It offers the individual the opportunity to refine his/her communication skills and to use his/her own creativity. We are looking for a volunteer who is energetic, takes initiative, communicates and interacts well with others, has a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, is a quick learner, and is professional and polite.
